Here I am showing the preparation of mango rice which is must prepared rice in south India during mango season.

| Raw rice — 1 Cup Water — 2 Cup Oil - 1/2 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp | Raw mango — Grated 1 full Oil - 2 Tbs Mustard seeds — 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds / Jeera — 1/2 Tsp Split chickpeas/ Channa dal — 1 Tsp Curry leaves— 8 to 10 Chopped Onion — 1 Cup Green chilli — 3 to 5 Turmeric powder — 1/2 Tsp Sugar — 1/2 Tsp Salt for taste Peanuts— 1/2 Cup Cashew (Optional ) — 1/2 Cup Ghee — 1/2 Tsp |
