A perfect dish for all occasions which will be ready within 15 minutes and with less ingredients.
Ingredients: (With below ingredients about 12 dosas can be prepared)
Sooji/ Semolina / Rava — 1 Cup
Rice flour — 1 Cup
Maida/ All purpose flour — 1/4 Cup
Cumin/ Jeera seeds — 1/2 Tsp
Cumin / Jeera powder — 1 Tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste — 1/2 Tsp
Chopped green chilli — 1
Chopped onion and coriander leaves — 1/2 Cup
Water — 4 to 5 Cups
Salt for taste
