Quinoa Dose Recipe: Quinoa is one of the nutritious grain grown mainly in the South American countries & is very popular in The United States, Europe, China & Japan. There are many recipes for Quinoa & one of the delicious recipe is the Quinoa Dosa.
Ingredients:
2 cups quinoa
2 1/2 cups water
2 green chilies
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp oil or butter
Method:
Soak quinoa in the water for over night.

Blend the quinoa, chilies, ginger and cilantro with a little water – it should not be of watery consistency.
Mix the quinoa batter with the soda, salt. Let it sit for ~ 5 minutes and in the meantime, heat the griddle.


Let the dosa cook – it will change color and become crispy. Remove from the griddle when the dosa is at the crispness you wish by rolling the dosa over from one side to the other into a tube-shape. Serve the Quinoa Dosa with Potato Palya & Coconut Chutney.
