Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
1 green chilli
1/2 tbsp jeera
1/2 cup roasted channa
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2cm Ginger
2-3 Garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup black neem leaves
Method :
Fry green chilli in oil (not deep fry) and keep aside. In grinder mix all ingredients with green chilli and make a fine paste. In one kadai put oil and let cumin seeds splutter, when it cools down add mixed paste.
Serve this chutney with Dosa, Idli, Puri, Chapati.
