Bansi Rava (Sooji) Vegetable Uppittu / Upma

Ingredients:
                                      
1 Cup Bansi rava                                                  
2 tbsp oil                                                     Vegetables:
1 tsp Mustard seeds                                          
1 tsp jeera(Cumin Seeds)                              8 Beans                            
1 tbsp Urad dal                                             2 Carrot                    
1 Onion, Chopped                                        1 Potato
2 Green chillies, Chopped                             (Chop all 3 vegetables into
1/2 Cup Grated coconut                                 small peaces).
8-10 leaves chopped Black neem
1/4 Cup chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste


Method:

Fry bansi rava until it turns golden brown and smells good. Keep it aside.





In one kadai put oil add mustard seeds when it splutter add jeera and urad dal when it turns golden brown add onion and green chillies stir it for two minutes.

Now, add all vegetables at a time and mix well with onion, close the lid (all vegetables should boil in oil).


                  











Add 2 cup of water when it starts boiling add salt, coriander leaves and 2 spoons of  grated coconut when it boils completly add bansi rava and close the lid, after 5 min open the lid and stir

Put grated coconut and serve hot.
