Dal Fry Receipe / Easy Way To Prepare Dal Fry

Dal fry is very popular and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Tur Dal 2 Cup
Moong Dal 1 Cup
Onion 1 Chopped
Green Chili 3 chopped
Tomato 1 chopped
Ginger 1cm
Garlic 2 pieces
Jeera 1tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Gee 2tsp
Garam Masala 1tbsp
Turmaric Powder 1/2 tsp
Water 4 cup
Salt to taste

Fry turdal and moong  dal in gee until it turns golden brown and boil for 10 mins. Keep aside.

Add jeera to oil on pan, soon after add ginger garlic paste with finally onion when it turns golden brown add finally chopped tomato and green chili when tomato and onion mixes up add salt, garam masala, turmaric powder. After some time add boiled turdal and moongdal  to this masala. (Add water if needed)

You delicious Dal Fry is ready.



Bas Saru / Sambar


Ingredients:

3 different types of Green leaves(Palak,Menthe,Dil leaves)
3 chopped Onion
2 tsp of coriander seeds
2 tsp of jeera
2 tsp of coconut
6-7 garlic peices
1/4 cup of Tamrind juice
1 cup of Turdal
2-3 green chillie
1/2 leamon

Method:

Chop green leaves and keep aside.

Add Turdal to boiling water. When turdal is boiled add chopped green leaves to boiling water. Let Half boiled turdal and chopped greenleaves boil compltly in water. Leave for 30 min.  Drain mixed turdal and green leaves from water. And keep that water aside which is used to prepare Samber.

Fry 2 chopped onion with 5-6 pieces of garlic, coriander seeds, jeera and coconut and make a fine masala paste by adding green chilly and water.

Now take drained boiled water and add masala paste, salt and tamrind juice. Again boil it in low flame for around 10min then the sambar is ready to serve.
